Dress Your Body Type : Rectangle
This is Judi. She is a rectangle, which means that there is little to no definition between her shoulders, waist and hips. Her figure is straight up and down. It is sometimes considered a boyish figure. She does not have a naturally defined waist and since she doesn’t have hips, she has problems keeping her pants up!
Judi is in her 60s. She is still a rectangle. Her shoulders, waist and hips are still the same width. Age will not change your body type.
Rectangle Capsule
Rectangles need to focus on adding some curves and femininity to their otherwise, very straight up and down figure. Wrap tops and dresses are ideal as they define a waist and give the illusion of curves. Pencil, A-line and circle skirts create curves. Feminine details, like ruffles work as well. Bananas should avoid tops tucked in and straight skirts.
